After checkout, we email you simple instructions — just reply with your photos (JPG, PNG, or HEIC).

- We help you choose the main reference photo — once chosen, it's locked.
- We email milestone updates while your piece is crafted, then send a photo and video preview for your approval before we finish and ship.
Handcrafted to order. During launch we prioritize smaller sizes (6″ frame and 15 cm full-body) because their lead times are most reliable.

Before you order What we want you to know
Every keepsake is made by hand. Small variations are part of the process, but your pet's markings, expression, and signature features always come first.
Dark, blurry, or heavily filtered photos hide important detail. If a photo isn't suitable, we'll ask for better references before starting.
International delivery dates are estimates, especially around holidays and customs inspections. After shipment we email a tracking number and proactively assist if a parcel stalls.
