1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Padmori (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Custom Handmade Products
Every Padmori keepsake is handcrafted from your photo. Therefore:
- Each piece is one-of-a-kind; minor natural variations in color, texture, and exact shape are expected and are part of the handmade character — not defects.
- The work is a heartfelt likeness, not a photo-identical replica.
- Production begins after the 48-hour cancellation window (see Section 4).
3. Your Content & License
By uploading photos, you confirm you have the right to share them. You grant Padmori a limited license to use the photos solely to make and fulfill your order (including internal artisan review). We do not claim ownership of your images and will not use them for advertising without separate consent.
4. Orders & Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours for a full refund. After 48 hours and until we send your first preview, you may still cancel for a 70% refund (the remaining 30% covers materials and artisan time already invested). Once your first preview has been sent, the order is non-cancellable and non-refundable. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). You authorize payment through our payment processor (currently Stripe). We may decline or cancel any order, with a full refund, if we cannot verify the payment or suspect fraud. For US orders, customs duties and fees are included — the price you see is the price you pay. We currently ship within the United States only.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Padmori is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in this section limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
United States customers: These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, and disputes are ordinarily resolved by binding arbitration located in Wyoming, without limiting any rights you may have to bring claims in small claims court where they qualify.
