1. Information We Collect
To make your custom needle-felt keepsake, we collect only what an order requires:
- Pet photos — from multiple angles, used only to make your keepsake.
- Email address — for order confirmation, progress updates, and delivery.
- Name and shipping address — to deliver your order.
- Your birthday — for a personal touch and the occasional celebration. This is optional and is never sold.
- Payment information — handled by our payment processor (currently Stripe), which also screens payments for fraud. We never store your card or bank account numbers.
2. How We Use It
- Fulfill and ship your order.
- Send production progress and pre-shipment preview video/photos.
- Provide customer support and resolve issues.
- Improve our products and website (see "Analytics" below).
3. Your Photos
Uploaded pet photos are used only to make your keepsake. After your order is complete, we delete or archive these photos within 90 days unless you ask us to keep them for future reorders.
4. Who We Share It With
We share personal data only with the partners needed to run Padmori:
- Our partner needle-felting studio — your pet photos and order details, to make your keepsake.
- Shipping and customs partners — your name, shipping address, and order contents, to deliver it.
- Stripe — payment processing and fraud screening.
- Brevo — sending our emails.
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
- Google Analytics — only if you accept analytics cookies.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Email Updates
If you join our waitlist or studio notes, we email you launch news, offers, and your welcome gift. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at hello@padmori.com.
6. Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate region, device type). GA4 has IP anonymization enabled, Google signals and ad personalization are turned off, and it never collects your pet photos or order details. GA4 loads only after you grant consent through our cookie banner — if you decline, no analytics cookies are set on your device.
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the site (such as remembering your selections and your cookie-consent choice). We also use analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) to measure traffic, but only after you accept them through our cookie banner. We do not use any cookies to build an advertising profile about you.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to opt out of non-essential analytics. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@padmori.com.
California residents (CCPA): We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We honor browser-based opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). We will respond to verified consumer requests within 45 days.
EU/UK residents (GDPR): If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: to perform our contract with you (for example, fulfilling your order), to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests (for example, improving our website through analytics), where those interests do not override your rights. You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy (for example, pet photos are deleted or archived within 90 days after your order unless you ask us to keep them). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Children
Padmori is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
